Annie Malone Children & Family Services

Annie Malone Children & Family Services seeks to improve the quality of life for children, families and older adults in the St. Louis community by providing social services, educational programs and advocacy.

CHR Health

CHR is a behavioral healthcare provider in Connecticut, offering a wide range of personalized services for children, families and adults whose lives have been touched by mental illness, addiction or trauma.

Clean Lakes Alliance

Clean Lakes Alliance is devoted to improving the water quality of the lakes, streams and wetlands of the Yahara River watershed in Wisconsin by working closely with government agencies and other non-profit organizations to raise community awareness, advocate for and help procure the necessary funding to clean and protect these waterways.

Foodshare

Founded in 1982, Foodshare is the regional food bank serving Connecticut’s Hartford and Tolland counties, where more than 119,000 people struggle with hunger.  Foodshare works to maximize access to nutritious food and other resources that support food security. And, because hunger is more than food, Foodshare collaborates with anti-hunger organizations, policy makers and the broader community to build effective solutions to end hunger.

Hartford Healthcare Institute of Living

Founded in 1822, The Institute of Living was one of the first mental health centers in the United States, and the first hospital of any kind in Connecticut. The Institute of Living provides comprehensive patient care, research and education in the fields of behavioral, psychiatric and addiction disorders to the Hartford community and beyond.

Jordan Porco Foundation

The Jordan Porco Foundation’s mission is to prevent suicide, promote mental health and create a message of hope for young adults. Their programs challenge stigma by talking openly about mental health, and educating about the risk factors and warning signs of suicide and other related mental health concerns.

NAMI Dane County

NAMI Dane County is the founding chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by mental illness. NAMI Dane County provides education, support and advocacy for people affected by mental illness in Dane County Wisconsin.

Second Harvest Foodbank

Since 1986, Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin has put more than 100 million meals on the tables of the 1 in 10 who are facing hunger in southwestern Wisconsin. Second Harvest is a member of Feeding America and works together with hundreds of local hunger-relief charities to provide the peace-of-mind people get when they know they have enough food.
